BBC now has a huge opportunity for a rethink & a reset. To rediscover its mission. It has notable successes. It also has failures. It can learn from all of them.

Being the national broadcaster confers power & privilege on those it employs, they enjoy unrivalled access to viewers, listeners & readers in UK, with that comes great responsibility to represent both the people & the truth. Too many in its employ seem to fail to recognise this.
