The situation is dissapointing to say the least. We're collaborating with our partner to find a solution. Our product is basically dead on arrival if this bug was our fault. Worst case scenario: we refund all orders. Let us investigate. Very sorry.

UPDATE: Use Native Segwit address for now! There currently seems to be a problem for Taproot addresses. We will process the mints affected by this bug as soon as possible.

@___t_a_m_i_m___ If you have minted with taproot wallet, we will make sure that the item will be sent to your wallet. We will do our best. For now, any new mints are advised to use Native Segwit.

Taproot wallets are affected by this issue. We will try to process all inscriptions that have been paid as soon as possible.

We identified a small issue which caused some issues to not be inscribed. The problem is that the payment was 1 satoshi too small. We are gathering a full list of affected wallets and will refund it asap.

If you have paid for your order, it should take about 2-3 minutes for it to be inscribed. Once it has been inscribed, you should see the following picture. If you are experiencing an issue with an order that's been paid twice, we will automatically issue a refund.
