@fragmentidea And the self study classes can be registered for any time 24/7, you don’t have to wait for a semester to open up. There are video presentations and different modules you can go through in order or out of order.

Crowdsourcing I lead a hallyu club for 12 middle school kids. We have done everything from dance parties, decorating photocards, trying Korean snacks, starting a kdrama together, coloring pages, to MV bingo. Any other ideas or suggestions for a meeting theme?

@e_von7 I’m having a terrible year teaching but I have been enjoying running this club and this group of kids. After a whole day of classes, they aren’t keen on a “let’s learn the Korean alphabet” meeting. I think I could get some buy-in with paint and a brush! Great idea!

@fragmentidea How cute. How about playing some Korean games like Yunnori or Jegichagi. For Jegichagi they could make their own paper triangles. also, all the games in squid games were children's games

@baepsayed I love the pot making idea! They have loved the crafty type meetings more than the others so I think they would enjoy it. Tbh, I would too. I’ll have to research a little more on this but I’m going to put it on my list.

@fragmentidea Korean folklore/fairytales, maybe an air clay version of traditional pot making (mini moon jars or a green celadon type design), recreate a favorite kdrama scene (either act in English or try korean)

@missmonkeyhill We are going to set our schedule tomorrow for the rest of our school year and I want a lot of ideas for them to choose from. I have a RUN like session with their variety show games!

@fragmentidea Learning Hangul! The alphabet and numbers are easy to learn. Your own RUN episode using traditional or popular Korean children’s games Making Kimbap I originally skipped over the middle school part of it and was ready to drive to Buffalo to join in 😩

This evening I get to know if I got the assistant manager position. I'm going in positive, I feel good about the 2 interviews I did & the CEO personally wanted to talk with me last week about the job and my future with the company. Felt real good after that! Fingers crossed 🤞🏼
