This is what we are up against. “Unthinkable” that women would “walk city streets alone at night’” and “this will always be the case”.

@MrJayPerry @liz_louisebell Thank you for this post - so much good advice on here. I wouldn't bother with the intuition though. Just assume she's scared - irrespective of who you are, where you are or what time of day it is. It's honestly a safe assumption so I think that's is the first step here.

Schools aren’t closed. Teachers are busier than ever with key workers, at risk children and remote learners. As an ex-teaching assist and drama teacher I’m worried about vulnerable young people and I’m angry that there’s been a drop in referrals due to serious underfunding.

He seems like a very happy old man looking forward to a bright and wonderful future. So nice to see!

@ProfRachelGaN I have the same auto response. Many colleagues have the same. Hope your superiors get it. @Cambridge_Uni has requested that everyone is very sympathetic to the caring responsibilities of others in these difficult times. I'm so grateful for that.
