Some of yall be expecting Oscar/Emmy worthy movies/TV shows out of Tyler Perry when that’s not his lane or his intent. When you get rid of those expectations, you can enjoy the show or movie for what it is. Meanwhile as much criticism as he gets, they always end up #1 on Netflix

@realcamrob1 @cjgproduxions Yea, I can't disagree with this at all. Cinema quality has gone down. However, at least they give effort. He literally recycles content and just slaps a new name on it.

@franchize85 @cjgproduxions I mean the quality of cinema overall has degraded. They may see it as a touch beneath the box office hits but nothing out there is far above what he produces.

@cjgproduxions Oh it's very much true. It's the reason he repeats, or should I say "reworks" the same formula in most of his projects. You don't do that if you don't know your audience.

@teniolazai Tyler Perry knows his audience. Simple minded and messy. All they need is to be fed drama and absurd content and they eat it up like a dog to a bone. It's a simple formula.

No exaggeration, Beauty in Black gotta be one of the most poorly created things ever made. Terrible writing, directing & production from start to finish. Excruciatingly bad and yet you keep watching to see how it ends because it can’t be serious?

Beauty in Black is so damn stupid, riddled with plot holes, senseless writing, under and overacting, unnecessary pauses, predictable plot twists, repetitive lines, aggressive language, the scenes are too damn long, bad casting, everything’s unrealistic

If WWE was concerned about fans booing Cody Rhodes as WWE champion, that SmackDown promo from Randy Orton might have made them more nervous. People have been calling for a return to that 2009 “Viper” Randy Orton for years, and this is the closest we’ve gotten in a long time. Unless WWE finds a way to generate real heat for Randy, they should fully expect the crowd to lean his way and potentially turn on Cody at WrestleMania.
