So why prioritize Indonesians in teaching English even though their English proficiency needs improvement? Is it a vector in promoting Islam as well?

🇯🇵 Some schools in Japan are hiring women from Muslim countries as English teachers. These women don't really speak English in the first place. Second, they advertise themselves teaching by mentioning their religion. They are not capable of teaching anything.
