I am never buying from @lookfantastic again. I have been messaging for 3 months about a £55 voucher I bought that will not work on their site and keep getting told I will hear back in 48-72hrs but don’t. They have also now increased the price of the item I wanted by £55! #conmen

Very disappointed with @marksandspencer service. I had ordered a birthday gift to arrive today. They shipped the wrong item. I spent for half an hour on the phone to a very unhelpful member of their team and have been left very unclear on if the issue will be resolved

If you stood on your doorstep and clapped for nurses 2 years ago, you should be supporting them today… Their real pay has fallen by £1,800 this year, declining by £5,000 since 2010. 14% are using foodbanks & 1/3 have difficulty covering the cost of food & heating. #nursestrike
