How has the condition of your local roads evolved in recent years? 🕳️ In 2023 we've dealt with 18,250 breakdowns for: 🟠 Damaged shock absorbers 🟠 Broken suspension springs 🟠 Distorted wheels These call-outs are most likely caused by defective road surfaces like #Potholes🚧

@TheRAC_UK Also make sure you have an alternative vehicle because the @TheRAC_UK @RAC_Care will leave your vehicle in a public place for over 2 days without recovery… 2 days and counting!

Is it normal for @TheRAC_UK to take 48 hours still not to recover a vehicle? Second experience of delayed recovery - this time 2 days and waiting for vehicle with urgent supplies to be recovered. Do you tell people you might not recover vehicles for days when they sign up?? No
