The absolute state of this. We did not "fail to redeem" or "leave behind €60mil". This scheme was foisted upon us. Its a humiliation ritual for busy families. It has caused chaos for local councils. DCC now spends €600k+ to clean up Bin Raids. What about the scheme's failed bid to get an exemption from paying VAT in unclaimed bottles? How they paid a Fine Gael councillor to lobby a Fine Gael Minister. Re-Turn spends about €6million a year on advertising and PR. What about the fact that bin collections now cost more? Its a complete and utter scam. Shut it down.

What I love about this place is it really doesn't matter what we all post, it is that small conversation starter, the window of opportunity for people to interact. Life is difficult at times but we navigate ⚓️🛟🚢
