FRCSW Human Capital Management (HCM) team plays an essential role in mission success. Recently, the Staffing, Classification, and Data Analytics teams were recognized for their outstanding efforts with an award presented by FRCSW Commanding Officer, CAPT Luis “Rick” Rivera.

FRCSW hosted Meghan Natter, Deputy OPNAV N83. Ms. Natter’s visit provided insight into maintenance work at FRC in support naval aviation readiness. This direct engagement strengthens alignment between strategic aviation requirements & practical maintenance capabilities.

FRCSW has a long-standing tradition of awarding employees for outstanding service to our country. Recently Executive Office, CAPT Shannon Thompson, awarded not one but TWO FRCSW Golden Wrench awards to command personnel. Mr. Jared Schneid & Ms. Patricia Richter. Congrats!!
