What I’ve learned is this: creative work isn’t protected by silence or resentment, but by community. Community shows up. It asks questions. It remembers where things came from.

In a way those sculptures take as long as I process certain life events. Sometimes these take years and are deeply private. So with this short snippet I just want you to know that I am still “processing” what is about to come.

2025 has been a rough year. For all of us! I was struggling a lot as well as so many people I know. What usually helps me through times like these was sculpting my own original works as they represent so much of what I feel while creating them.
