They are really starting to show that fatigue, and they are short-handed with injuries as well. The Magic will be without three of their top five scorers again tonight in Jalen Suggs (13.8 PPG, 5.3 APG, 1.9 SPG), Franz Wagner (21.3 PPG) and Anthony Black (15.3 PPG). They will have nothing left in the tank for the Cleveland Cavaliers tonight after a 2-point loss to the Pacers last night where their starters had to play significant minutes. The Cavaliers come in on two days' rest having last played in New Orleans on Saturday. The Cavs will be without Allen and Tyson tonight, but they are one of the deepest teams in the NBA and can make up for those losses. Friday's Free Pick: Long Island +31 The Arizona Wildcats are getting a lot of love coming into the NCAA Tournament after winning the Big 12 regular season title and backing it up with the Big 12 Tournament title. I expect them to come into the NCAA Tournament a little 'fat and happy' and feeling like they can take a breather now with a big step down in class here against Long Island. We saw it happen with Duke Thursday as the Blue Devils were life and death with Siena after winning the ACC regular season and tournament titles. And while I don't expect Arizona to struggle as much as Duke, I do think the Wildcats will need to be on their 'A' game to come close to covering this inflated 31-point spread against Long Island. Arizona failed to beat Utah Tech, Denver, Norfolk State and South Dakota State by more than 30 points in the non-conference and all four of those games were at home. Illinois is the only team that beat Long Island by more than 22 points all season, and the Sharks actually played some stiff competition with the 119th-ranked non-conference schedule. They beat La Salle, JMU, Missouri State and Lehigh in the non-conference. They only lost by 4 at Mississippi State as 16.5-point dogs and by 15 at Georgia as 30.5-point dogs. They rank 52nd in 3-point shooting at 36.1% and 62nd at defending the 3 at 31.9%. The Sharks are led by four senior guards who are all averaging in double figures scoring. Jamal Fuller (16.4 PPG), Malachi Davis (14.4 PPG) and Greg Gordon (14.1 PPG) are the leaders. I trust these guys to handle the moment, and Arizona isn't known for pressure defense anyway. Wednesday's Free Pick: Houston Rockets -2 I like the spot for the Houston Rockets tonight. They will be out for revenge from a 100-92 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers on Monday. Now they get to face them again at home here two days later, and they will be the more motivated team in the rematch. The Lakers benefited from not having to face Alperen Senun (20.2 PPG, 9.0 RPG, 6.1 APG) on Monday. He makes his return from a back injury tonight, and it will make all the difference for the Rockets, who just don't have that much firepower offensively without him.
