Recently worked with @Osar836 on his backend systems He needed a way to track his team's performance, lowticket MRR and see every sale in one place I built it: Airtable interfaces, Lookerstudio dashboards, Make + Python automations DM me "SYSTEMS" if you're an owner/operator

Everything you see is just a ginormous distraction from your goals genuinely had no idea it was easter this weekend Or that there’s a public holiday soon I know fuck all about a war with Iran Apparently we’re going to the moon now? This is all stuff that was brought up to me by people who make less money than me When you’re genuinely locked in you live under such a massive rock and I’m telling you right now, I’m not missing out on anything crazy

Easiest way to make a lot of money: 1. Learn a skill that’s useful to people who have a lot of money 2. Do that skill for cheap/free to help someone 3. Leverage the result to get more clients 4. Keep acquiring clients until you physically can’t take on any more 5. Hire people and train them up to do the same thing as you, making sure they do it to a standard you’re happy with 6. Change into an agency and have your employees do the work for you so you can scale to more clients 7. Print I am currently moving from step 5 to step 6.

I’ve found a way to make airtable dashboards just as powerful as lookerstudio ones Lookerstudio is officially gone, Airtable has taken over I will be switching all my clients over ASAP.

The info space is changing TJR just got exposed Tori Trades is a fraud Justin Werlein faked everything if that doesn't lead you to the conclusion that you need to run your info business differently… This lead me to the conclusion that in 2026 you need to run your info product differently here's how me and my team capitalising on this shift with "undocumented authentic content" (and scaling our info clients past $100k/m) on a consistent basis B2C buyers are being more and more sophisticated They have seen ‘guru’s’ sitting in front of a camera Or forcing a scripted video With heavy edits to back it I now understand, they are tired of the bs There is something they are not tired of tho? undocumented content. STOP talking about your business Start DOING IT. great undocumented content formats: Things like - mastermind recordings - live coaching calls repurposed to YT/IG - in-person client work - behind-the-scenes client onboarding - team meetings - unedited day-in-the-life running the business this might sound weird or level alien to you But it’s what the people want. No actually… it’s what the people need Now, how do u do this? record yourself running your business, build trust at scale, print while doing it this is how info will be sold in a few years Inspo @alexscalesinfo .

Currently setting up some of the best webinar tracking in the game Collecting + displaying ALL the data so we can know granular stuff like: - when people sign up the most (in comparison to the webinar date) - how signup time affects show rate + eventual close rate - optimal day of the week + time of day to run webinars - EVERYTHING ELSE This is just a tiny fraction of what we’re tracking, I’m currently setting this up for 2 different offers Gonna scale to the moon 🚀

Really dialling in my client success systems right now Not enough people focus on fulfilment for their offers I’m implementing automated task-tracking for every single client so no one is missed out And a whole internal CRM system for students so he can see at a glance exactly which stage each student is at And much more to come

Ops principle: In your data collection, ruthlessly eliminate redundancy wherever possible Collecting the same data twice is going to completely mess up your internal systems (Having the same data in 2 different places is wayyy more common than you think btw) Make sure you have 1 source of truth for everything, otherwise you can’t operate

Always give people the benefit of the doubt One of my clients (a growth op) delayed my payment by a month, completely aired me Turns out one of the offers he’d been working for had failed to pay him, so he couldn’t pay me I could’ve demanded to be paid anyway But I understood that the relationship with that client is more important than getting quick money up front Anyway, he’s paid me now lol

If you’re a growth op / sales manager doing >$100k/mo, you actually DON’T need someone who specialises in backend systems It’s a waste of money. Here’s why: Show More
