Putin walked all over Obama and Biden. Taking Crimea under Obama and invading Ukraine under Biden. In 2021 Biden foolishly removes the sanctions on Putins Nordstream 2 pipeline Trump had placed on it, Putin says thanks old man, then Biden had the deadly Afghanistan withdrawal debacle and Putin then moved tens of thousands of troops around Ukraine. Biden foolishly babbled about 'well if it's only a small incursion...' and then told Putin "don't". His threats of sanctions were weak and Putin invaded. Then Biden dribbled equipment/weapons into Ukraine, first saying he wouldn't send jets or tanks etc. over time he would send more. Just a mess of a foreign policy.
