I remember going to Cam Ward’s house outside Edmonton during the 2006 Stanley Cup Final and watching his youth hockey games with his dad and mom to pick out the best footage for NBC to air! Congrats to the whole family!

Tonight was the first time I’ve ever done play by play in my 35 year “broadcasting” career. Let’s just say I have a new appreciation for all my partners over the years. @DanHicksNBC, @tedjrobinson, @TheToddHarris, @BernieGuenther, @JasonKnapp44 & so many others. You all rock!
