メンタルフリーマン。学生時代の視線恐怖をSSRIで乗り越えるも、社会人2年目にして女子社員からのいじめに遭遇し自信喪失。一年後別の部署に異動、新しい部署は根暗が大嫌いなきちがい体育会系上司が待っていました。昨日と今日と明日が入り混じったような感覚で生きてます。アスペルガー障害+不注意と診断されました。

My #longcovid friends. Please listen to your body. I’ve had LC since 2021. All scans/labs clear until now. Yesterday I had a heart attack. No preexisting conditions. Arteries pristine, but troponin high & heart ultrasound showed a “sluggish” heart. My gut tells me it’s from LC.

It’s not simply a matter of women’s nature. My grandad had a house, a car, cows and fields; he bought my granny a dress and sent Mum and Dad to university. Men these days have nothing. All they have is student loan debt and rent!!!

1年位前から始まった左胸の鈍痛。痛みが動くので、微小血栓が血液に乗って動いてるのかと思ったけど、今日ふと思った。たぶん違う。 結論から言うと、心臓が肥大して神経に触れた痛み。左胸の痛みは最初なかった。後から表れた症状。最初の症状は、頭痛と左頸部の鈍痛。 この時は今よりPSが重かった。

コロナ後遺症で大腿骨頭壊死症になるというツイートを見た。 実はこれ心当たりがあって、コロナ後ウォーキング中に左股関節に激痛が走って その後座ると左太腿の感覚が無くなる症状に見舞われている。 左ケツの大動脈もしくは大腿神経の虚血と思われる。

久しぶりにPACEの話見たな PACE試験の影響でME＝運動厳禁、て風潮があるけど実際は「動いた方が良い状態」の患者さんもいるのよ 過度なペーシングによる活動低下を防ぐための助言が、今の状況だと医師側も出しにくい。運動＝「悪」ではなく個別の状態に合わせた丁寧な負荷調整こそが必要なんだけどね
