Turns out you could access DiagShell in iPod Nano7 without any exploit by just sending the diag image after WTF. And memrw works so you can read/write anywhere 🙃

Thanks to CVE-2010-1797 (initially used by jailbreakme.com v2), we now have unsigned code execution on iPod Nano 6G and Nano 7G! Stay tuned for more updates.

@reloggd Yes, a Nano 3G port is under development (bootloader is mostly working), for Nano 4G/5G we have even more work to do.

@freemyipod I’m just trying to get your bootloader, not anything else. Just want to make my own firmware for it.

While slow, development on Nano 3G and Nano 4G is happening! There still isn't any version suitable for daily use, but rest assured, Rockbox is coming to these players. Nano 4G is going to take more effort, so please be patient.
