@EikoFried Having done this protocol, the results are pretty dang temporary -- lasted three months here, and the improvements are mostly due to the therapy: and the lessons learned in therapy *do not apply* in your standard mental state. Not useless but not killer.

The FDA rejected MDMA-assisted therapy for PTSD treatment. This came as a surprise to noone, given that the FDA advisory panel voted 2:9 on efficacy & 1:10 on safety recently.

There's no long term harm in trying hrt if you have body or social dysphoria. It doesn't make you any less what you identify as, and will likely help solidify if that identity is accurate. Treating "biology" as a fixed thing you have no agency over leads to more suffering.
