Nowadays, a small minority in the world is extremely wealthy, while the rest are struggling to make ends meet. The rich don’t need to take risks. But the poor are forced to take risks just to multiply a few thousand dollars. That’s why, in this cycle, institutions and large investors will invest in the top 100 coins and aim for 5–20x returns. On the other hand, smaller retail investors will, in my opinion, turn to Solana meme coins — which I believe reflect the true spirit of crypto and are far more exciting than Binance altcoins. In each category (celebrities, companies, countries, memes, etc.), I search on DEXScreener for the names that first come to people’s minds. For example, Tesla. I usually pick the very first token that was ever launched with that name — because being first is always valuable and cannot be copied. I also check its chart and holder distribution. I never buy newly launched meme coins, since they are no different from gambling in a casino.
