Cigna just screwed me over royally. I have three spinal fusions and bilateral hip implants. I get a surgery on each side of my back every six months. Cigna changed their rules so they only pay for on a year. Drop them and switch to a better provider if you can!!!! #CignaSucks

@Cigna I've already done that, and your representative just quoted your new rule to me, so I don't see what this will fix. Give me a break! You would rather watch people die than pay for their healthcare. #Cignasucks
