Pet Sitter Accused in Yorkie Death Continues Promoting Services Online A Missouri family hired a pet sitter, Gabrielle Hopp. through the neighborhood app Nextdoor to care for their two beloved dogs, Rosie and Violet, while they went on vacation. Before the family even returned home, Rosie, a 5-year-old, 13-pound Yorkie, was dead. According to investigators, video evidence captured a violent attack after Rosie briefly escaped the home. Court documents say the recording includes sounds of the dog “gasping and choking,” while the sitter struck the dog multiple times and slammed her against the floor. Authorities say blood was later found in the area where the attack occurred. Veterinarians reportedly discovered internal bleeding in Rosie’s abdomen, and the small dog later died from her injuries. The pet sitter has since been charged with animal cruelty in Missouri. BREAKING: 🇺🇸 After hours of objections over noise, water use, power demand, and the project's location near schools, city leaders still approved rezoning hundreds of acres of farmland for the development. According to Fox 4, the Red Oak City Council meeting drew so many people that reporters were almost unable to get inside. The council chamber holds 136 people, and at least 70 more were left outside. At the center of the meeting was a proposal to rezone more than 800 acres of agricultural land for a data center project. Officials gave residents limited time to comment, with one hour reserved for supporters and one hour for opponents. City officials said the facility would avoid city water for cooling and emphasized projected tax revenue. Many residents, however, said those assurances were not enough. "How many of these data centers are next to your house, Mr. Mayor. How many are on the east side of town?" resident Martel Edwards questioned in the meeting, according to Fox 4. Another resident, Kim Sterman, raised concerns about nearby schools, saying, "We don't know what's going to happen to the children who are going to be going to schools." Frustration grew when the council entered executive session for nearly an hour. Some residents said the long delay seemed intended to wear down opposition, but they added they were willing to stay as late as 2 a.m. Fox 4 reported that the vote came around midnight, with the council approving rezoning for 830 acres and passing a 4-1 tax abatement for the project. Why is this concerning? Large data centers can bring jobs, tax revenue, and digital infrastructure, but they also raise major questions for both communities and the environment. In Red Oak, residents focused on the most common concerns related to these developments: power demand, noise, and water use. Even if a project does not pull directly from a city's water supply, data centers can still have significant resource demands depending on how they are cooled and powered. They can also rapidly alter the character of an area, especially when farmland is converted to industrial-scale development. Data centers are essential to the systems that support many modern technologies, including artificial intelligence. AI can provide real benefits, but the rapid expansion of AI computing facilities has strained the power grid, created pollution, and even raised household utility bills. Residents also worry about potential long-term health effects. It also adds to a too-long list of these projects being approved despite significant community pushback.

All the adjudication logs in the Michigan 2020 election were missing, because of a MASSIVE 68.05% error rate in Antrim County's tabulation logs, vs. the federal maximum allowed of 0.0008%. They literally just made as many ballots as they needed to steal the 2020 election from Trump and then deleted the adjudication logs, security logs, and event logs, and zeroed out results to prove the votes. In Central Lake Township alone, 81.96% of ballots, 1,222 out of 1,491, were rejected and sent for adjudication. He even tried to warn the government before the 2020 election and CISA ignored him.

Chicagoans, I hear you. You’re fed up. But you must vote me in. When I’m Mayor, I will Enforce curfews to keep kids off the streets at night. Hold parents accountable for minors involved in this destructive behavior. Crack down on repeat offenders, arrest those who continue this behavior, and hold criminals accountable. Monitor social media to intercept planned takeovers before they start. Increase police presence in hotspots, including transit hubs, to stop these gathering before they get this big Hold event organizers responsible for damages and public safety costs. I understand that these elected crooks have stolen the money that should’ve been invested back into our communities. Kids are left with nothing positive around them, and then the same politicians act surprised by the results. That’s why I will expand youth alternatives like mentorship programs, drug and alcohol rehabilitation, job training and trades, arts, safe recreational spaces, and sports involvement programs to give kids a better path and real opportunities. My administration will act proactively, not reactively. And trust me, I’m on it. I’m just not giving away all my policies and plans yet.
