Pat Gelsinger interview with Jodi (GSA). I liked his framework on "Trinity of Computing. He claims that conventional computing, AI computing and Quantum Computing are the holy trinity of the future compute systems. Quantum computing will be introduced as a new algorithm that cannot be calculated by conventional computers or AI. He predicts Quantum could reach mainstream usefulness much sooner than skeptics think. The current heavy reliance on GPUs for AI may not last the decade in its dominant form, as quantum (and optimized classical/AI hybrids) introduce better algorithms for certain workloads.
