@Coldrain76 The officer testified she interviewed a dozen students when there were 30 in the classroom. Only four students said he made threats. Their credibility will make or break the case

@fresnospotlight You interview everyone in the room and turn over the interviews to the defense. That’s how you avoid harming defendants rights. Easy. Not sure why it is they didn’t do they had raised the issue but that’s my guess.

Judge expressed concerns about sloppy police investigation but didn't grant dismissal on Brady motion. Judge ordered DA to turn over any exculpatory evidence including names of students in classroom at time of alleged threats. Because discovery is incomplete prelim will be Oct 25

Coach Madec in court. Motion to dismiss still pending. So far police officer Olivas testified there’s 30 students in class but only four heard Madec say something about killing or harming or murdering someone. Three of the four have shown up to testify after lunch break
