My game has really low fps out of nowhere? Usually around 700 but now around 400 - has there been any update or smth that could be the reason

@pattyrickk Also, stop locking out at the top. That's the main reason for the tricep/shoulder tension.

@pattyrickk From my POV, watching you "dropping" the weight so quickly indicates that you don't have much, if any, mind-muscle connection going on. - Lower the seat a bit, feet flat on the ground, lower the weight and practice mind-muscle connection. If it doesn't "hit", do something else.

It’s been a few weeks since I’ve been making thumbnails for @Shobektv, and I can officially say I make more OSRS tn than for any other game, and I don’t mind at all! Quite the opposite, I enjoy it! I feel like my style fits OSRS really well, but I’ll let u be the judge :)

Losing HC status in OSRS made me realize how much more the game has to offer, I'm proud of how far I made it as a new player, but also SO excited to explore things I wasnt able to before! raids, bosses, wildy, EVERYTHING! so hyped!
