if i had a nickel for every time i read a book with a sad inhuman warrior boy who falls for the prickly oblivious “first person to be mean to him” protag, i would have two nickels. which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it happened twice

but for real. i haven’t been wearing my glasses a lot bc they’re slightly broken and also i’ve felt like the prescription is too strong. turns out i was correct—the vision in one of my eyes IMPROVED over the past year! of all the damn things!

pro tip everyone: if you have really low energy and wear glasses, go get ur eyes checked!! i’ve been feeling like shit for MONTHS and i just found out my glasses prescription had gotten all fucked up 😭 i got new contacts in and i’m feeling a million times better
