West Midlands police are defending their decision to taser a dog & dump it head first into a wheelie bin on the basis it was fighting another dog. However this action shows no concern for the welfare of the dog & it’s clear no animal welfare specialist was in attendance with the police. Dangerous dogs are a real threat but that does not justify this cruelty @WMPolice @RSPCA_official
