🇵🇾 Paraguay está entrando silenciosamente en una nueva fase de su ecosistema cripto. La Dirección Nacional de Ingresos Tributarios (DNIT) publicó la Resolución General N.º 47/2026, que establece la obligación de suministrar información sobre transacciones con criptoactivos al fisco paraguayo, creando el primer esquema formal de trazabilidad fiscal para este mercado en el país. La norma obliga a reportar compras, ventas, intercambios cripto-cripto, tenencia, pagos en cripto, minería, staking, lending, yield farming, donaciones, herencias y operaciones con NFTs cuando el volumen anual supere US$ 5.000, incluso si las operaciones se realizan en exchanges del exterior o de forma peer-to-peer. Cada operación deberá informarse con fecha y hora, identidad de los participantes o dirección de wallet, tipo de criptoactivo, red utilizada, cantidad exacta hasta diez decimales, valor en dólares, comisiones, gas fees y hash de la transacción, mediante declaraciones presentadas en el sistema Marangatu y registrando en el RUC la obligación 959-DJI Criptoactivos. La medida forma parte de un proceso más amplio de modernización del sistema tributario paraguayo impulsado por la DNIT para mejorar el control, percepción y fiscalización de tributos en la economía digital. En conjunto, estos movimientos muestran que Paraguay está empezando a construir los cuatro pilares de una economía cripto funcional: regulación fiscal, infraestructura energética para minería, integración bancaria y tokenización de activos financieros.
