oooooohweeeeee good day good day another banger session if you're able to read relative strength and trade momentum (alt trades on the right) I've spoken about this a bit but thought this was a v good example for how I approach being an 'aggressive' scalper - had my point of interest and waited for the trigger, sent it once, TPd a bit and had to cut the rest price reclaims the level, you send it again nb of scratches doesn't matter if you get it right personal note ------ big day for me, graduated from student to alumni in @TheParagonGrp I can't tell you what it means to me without writing an essay lmao so I'll keep it short deeply grateful for every person I have been helped by and been able to help, for every friend I've made and for the guidance I've gotten from you all absolutely insane to me that I've worked hard enough to get to a point that I'm getting recognized by traders I've admired for years, crazy shit thank you <3 time to double down now and see how far I can go lol
back home and I've got one final update I got lucky and was still at the desk in time to send the long on the retest of the avwap don't really feel like I have a particularly strong read on which way this will go so I'm trying smth new and running a delta neutral strat Tpd 75% of both of these trades, hoping that I'll have a stronger opinion by the time I go to sleep so I can close one and the let other one run but I've set stops in profit for both so either way it doesn't super matter which way this goes not sure there's really any value in doing this for the way I normally trade but it felt like a good way to hedge my bets when I knew I wasn't going to be at the desk to babysit my position -------- on a personal note, had a wonderful time w my friend and she surprised me with a gift which I know you all don't care about but it's so sweet of her that I wanna talk about it I drink a lot of tea through out the day and I was considering getting this mug for myself but I live like a rat so I ultimately didn't, ig she remembered me mentioning it Ik you read these sometimes (even if my job makes no sense to you lol) but thank you so much! I promise to use it everyday!
booooooonjour les amis had a great time reconnecting w a friend last night but at the same time I got stopped on my short so ig I'm never going outside ever again it was fun while it lasted lol another great NYO, missed the short at the top of this rotation but that was a really clean trigger mostly afk day for me - birthday of someone very special to me and what's the point of working hard all day and night if I don't get to spend some time with the ppl I care about every once in a while gl out there! hope you get what you want out of your day and efforts <3
i meeeeeaaaan, COMEEEE ONNNN went on an absolute tear last night, caught every single rotation and even managed to counter trend long a few scalps while my short was still running sometimes you're just in the zone and sheeeeee that shi feels good - ik some of these countertrend scalps are literally 150$ moves which is like wtf are we talking about but it's not about the money, it's about sending a message lmfao Probably yap about this over the weekend bc there are a few things I could say about it but for now I will leave you with this In the great words of the Mask (boomer ref ik) - SOMEBODY STOP ME (also gmgm boys and girls, hope you're all doing well <3. still dying over here but locked tf in)
Few more late night trades, super pleased with how I played these rotations today despite still feeling pretty sick tbh Really don't think I could've done a better job other than maybe the 2nd trade, should've just full TPd the first hit of dVAL/my SR level instead of holding it another 2h to TP like 40$ higher lmfao Fantastic reversal trade just now, cleeeaan edge to edge trade which are some of my favorites (when you are lucky enough to get them) Still holding 25% of this last one because that was a very strong bounce off the 4h trend and ultimately I think that low (or around there) will need to hold if we have any hopes for continuation, stop set at b/e Hope you all had a great day! Traders market and that's not something I can just let slide without taking advantage of the vol so powered through Asia today Asia session = good session Probably gonna stop doing these pnl posts as a whole unless I do something that's actually worth talking about bc tbh I don't feel like this adds any value for anyone but as the new kid on the block I also feel like I gotta flex a little so u bozos know maybe I know what I'm talking about Seems like ppl appreciated the edu post (tyty) so I'll probably lean harder into that Running on 2h of sleep so I must call it quits for now, thx for being u and bonne nuitttttt <3
Honestly a good question. Paid groups get a terrible rap in general and my honest opinion is it depends on what you want.. if you even know. In 2018/19 when conditions were pretty shite I was working every day on different systems, checking stats, logging all trades, researching everything. I personally think for those who haven't made it or haven't got a system you need to put in the work when no one else is willing to. That's what makes people rise above their competition. The same set of people will come back at the highs next cycle when it's "easy"... and be my exit liquidity again. If you do nothing between now and then, you'll just end up doing as you did this cycle and the cycle before that. "The definition of insanity is repeating the same thing and expecting different results". So, in short, if you want to copy trade me... do not join the paragon now... but if you want to work on your trading with a serious group of like-minded individuals and benefit from our years of trading experience, 100s of videos, weekly live streams, analysis, 24/7 Q&A... then it's there as an option. I think we have all 5 star reviews and have churned out traders who have gone on to trade prop, others who have just quietly honed their P&L up and to the right. @nellyeeee a good example of a student who has become a master by asking questions relentlessly and putting everything into practice. Anyway, long story short, if you want education - any time works. If you want to blindly follow me and my trading... I'd wait till I start actively trading alts again. As someone who is short bitcoin from 90k looking for 40k... unless alts start running or we break 71k I have no reason to actively trade this market.
lmfaoooo you want slow day? fuck u 8% move all jokes aside - grateful for all this vol because it gives me enough wiggle room to trade all day without having to size up an insane amount and still walk away from the desk having made a decent living fuckin love this job and it's a blessing I get to do it with all of you <3 If you're still here trading day in day out after this absolutely cancerous PA we've been getting for months then pat yourself on the back, you are officially a cockroach like the rest of us nerds
