UCLA started practice today with what appears to be some sort of competition on the far practice field, with players hopping, waving hands and cheering in excitement. Can’t tell exactly what it is from across the way but will ask when we talk to players.

@RealMataLo14 Reporters asked players about hearing, "U-of-A" chant. They said "No". Do u guys hear all the stuff fans yell? Does it affect you? Motivate you?

Only Good thing about UCLA game was that had 2 extra tickets in the front. Went to the top of Pauley and picked a Grandpa with his Grandkid to come down and join me for the game. They were so happy! I genuinely love making people happy and smile! #UCLA #Bruins

@latbbolch In fact, a better idea would take would be to take the student sections. Lower 8 and lower 9 and movemto 6. That way, the band would be centered at the bottom of the student sections, far more powerful Seating arrangement.

UCLA announces that it's putting some students directly behind the opposing team at the Rose Bowl, becoming the only team in the Big Ten to do so. The new student section configuration is in blue below:

@latbbolch 2/3 A piece for students is idiotic period they should have taken above in tunnel aid and makemake that all students so that all the students would be in one place. Another bait and switch put on the students.

@latbbolch 1/3 This is terrible for the students. The four sections on the visitor side are so low that the students will not be able to see the field over the opposing player's helmets. The worst thing you can do is separate the students and having 4 sections of maybe 10 rows.
