IMO…BA definitely a public figure, police officer & Bostons Finest. BH is as well, LEO. Will JM get limited public figure status due to multiple tv appearances and being a high profile witness in a high profile murder trial? Very possible, especially if this were to get bumped to federal court and joined with KR vs Everyone case. CA is the hardest to claim is a public figure.

Verdict Form Issues on Appeal - Louisiana Supreme Court overturns conviction after finding jury verdict form's lack of a "not guilty" option was not harmless error. The Court pointed in part to the jury poll: jurors were polled on seven counts even though the case only had six, and all six jurors still answered yes on the nonexistent seventh count anyway😅 A juror also stated he did not concur in the verdict on count five.
