Wondering what to comp this at in current market conditions 9.5 has sold only twice on record. One a year ago, the other 1.5 years ago. CGC 10 sales from last month ranging 430-800. The last CGC 9 sale was also before this explosion at $110. Don’t wanna lowball myself ya know?
