Genuinely I was concerned for my sanity but it was so fucking worth it. I still regard Endwalker's base story as one of my favorite expansions. I may have fell off the game for like...3 and a half years afterwards, but coming back now feels great.

@frogsonfire I also thought she was okay lol. Like not amazing but carried the plot well enough to keep me engaged throughout. Sphene the twist villain was something I saw a mile away tho. Very tropey lol

@Yukihasitall I had to redo this reply but, I thought lamat was okay, she felt like lyse to me. And her brother’s jealousy kinda seemed eh, but the overall expansion I went in like I did with 2.0, and I felt like it delivered in setting the story again

@frogsonfire I'm actually enjoying it quite a bit! Some of the story beats I'm not a huge fan of but I'd be lying if I said I hated it. I'm already on the patches and the setup and payoff has been nice to see.

@Actually_Tina I was fortunate my sister had a top of the line gaming laptop when I got to try 1.0, which made me realllllly want to play when I had a computer. When I finally built one I found out 2.0 was happening and never looked back.

Why are people trying to gaslight me that 1.0 did not run bad like there isnt extendive evidence online including videos and a documentary? Also, yeah its 2026, but these are also expensive to make and resource/time intensive. You would lose something if every CS was like this
