We lost more than 40k followers, months of reach, engagement, and a community built through hard work and dedication. The account had become one of the biggest references for Lenamiu content, reaching not only the fandom but also people outside of it, significantly increasing the girls’ visibility. And this suspension is directly impacting the promotion of Pls. Love. Our current account has already surpassed 12k followers, and the fitting photo reached over 500k views. Now imagine that same reach on the old account, with the strong audience and engagement we had already built. The impact would have been MUCH bigger. We also felt the impact of this loss during Cruise. Our hashtag would have achieved much better results with the old account still active, especially because of the reach and engagement that were already established there. This suspension caused us a huge loss in reach, growth, and recognition within the fandom. We understand that the new account is a temporary solution and, thankfully, it has been growing very well — but we still need the old account back. That’s why we hope @Ch3Thailand_33 @Ch3Plus @LenaMiu_CH3OA can submit an appeal directly to Twitter/X in an attempt to recover the official account.
