oh yeah, in addition to lads, i’ve also just started playing ikemen villains and ikemen prince. on ikevil, i’m currently focusing on the liam and jude routes. on ikepri, i’m focusing on the licht and clavis routes.

@f4wnish definitely!! and that’s why i say i block people over their takes on megumi because this is not a joke to me.

megumi fights like he doesn’t care if he lives or dies, and people make jokes about it, but it’s a sensitive subject for me.

Hidden Inventory is largely about two teenagers falling apart after suffering immense trauma and exploitation from a system that dehumanizes them and then you get on Twitter and people are arguing about which teenager to blame harder

@badtzcho when i started the game, caleb was already officially added as a love interest. i actually managed to go into the game with little to no spoilers, so when i saw what happened to the house my jaw kinda dropped i’m ngl. i’ve been interested in his character ever since.

@from_clementine i loveee calebs story truly hes my favourite TT and i do agree on sylus lolll tbh what compelled me about him was his past story with mc even tho his character archetype isnt really one id usually go for

@ily_satoru he’s the reason i downloaded the game in the first place, so i’m really glad that even after meeting all the other li he’s still my fave

@badtzcho omg!! i’m still pretty early in the game, so i’m still learning about caleb but his story seems intriguing. and sylus is pretty intense

@yoomgumii yeah, i agree. he really seems to simply view death as a potential consequence that he’s not particularly concerned about. he’s almost completely resigned himself to it if it were to come.

@from_clementine the apathy is what hits hard the most. megumi doesnt intentionally walk toward death but he also doesnt intentionally live.

@yoomgumii like seriously, even aside from summoning mahoraga, watching culling games megumi fight really demonstrates how brutal and gritty his fighting style is. and it says a lot about his character in a way that people tend to disregard or discount. it’s honestly heartbreaking to me.

@yoomgumii yeah, i was also spoiled at some point. i also think narratively the show really sets viewers up to expect either satoru’s downfall or death at some point, and it was devastating how quickly it established that.

@from_clementine i usually dont care about spoilers for mangas/animes, but the manga was spoiled for me when it ended and i cried bc wym my fav is actually gone

it makes me really sad that from the moment i started watching jjk i thought to myself “satoru is not surviving this series” and… y’know…
