We are delighted to share the outcome of our recent Ofsted inspection. We are so proud of our Frome Vale Citizens and would like to thank our families for all their support @Cabotfederation

Frome Vale Citizens participated in a Christmas experience at our local church. They showed great respect on their visit. @Cabotfederation

Frome Vale families enjoyed the inaugural opening of the FVA kitchen for a family cooking event together with Bristol Charities and Crunch @Cabotfederation

Year1 enjoyed a fabulous trip to Downend Library to support the love of reading. @Cabotfederation

Year 6 enjoyed a visit to the Life Skills Centre to develop their skills in different real life scenarios. @Cabotfederation

This terms debate explored celebrating the diversity of our school. Some great Talk Detectives in action too. @Cabotfederation @voice21oracy

The whole school participated in an Aspirations day exploring different jobs and careers. Amongst some our visitors were a nurse, product design and IT recruitment. @Cabotfederation

Year 5 Frome Vale Citizens had a great RE day learning all about Hinduism. The children explored key beliefs and worship, and had the opportunity to ask questions to a special visitor who shared personal insights and experiences @Cabotfederation

Year 6 Frome Vale Citizens enjoyed a visit by a local imam to talk to us and answer our questions about the Qur’an @Cabotfederation

The FVA community enjoyed a fabulous time at our Diwali Disco. @Cabotfederation

We started anti-bullying week with odd socks which celebrates what makes each person unique and send a message that differences should be embraced. @Cabotfederation @ABAonline

Y3 & Y4 FVA Citizens participated in the friendly athletics tournament at City Academy Bristol earlier yesterday. They represented FVA brilliantly with their impeccable manners and respect, embodying the values of a Frome Vale Citizen throughout the day. @Cabotfederation

Year 6 led our whole school Remembrance assembly @Cabotfederation

FVA has new 'FVA Eco Way' boards at the front of the school. We will now share weekly the targets and what we are achieving to support our environment strategy. @Cabotfederation @EcoSchools

The Eco Warriors were amazing at the inaugural opening of the FVA Refill Station shop. Great team work! @ecosurety @BeASeaChanger @Cabotfederation

Reception children have been enjoying the autumn leaves in our forest. @Cabotfederation @LearningOutside

Year 6 took part in a Virtual Bootcamp run by BT which helped us to understand the sort of skills needed to work in a modern, digital economy @Cabotfederation @btcareers

We are delighted with our new addition to the front of the school - a life size (or bigger) version of Humphrey, our FVA mascot, made by one of our families.
