Today was emotional for me as a father. It has been 22 months since Trey has pitched in a game due to TJ surgery. I have seen the ups & downs, frustrations & the pain. Today he got to toe the rubber & compete with his Crowder boys! Proud of his toughness & work ethic! 1st pitch!

Today, in the case of Mortimer v. MSHSAA, a Clay County Circuit Court has ruled in favor of @MSHSAAOrg, officially denying the request for varsity basketball eligibility for Tayshaun “Rue” Wells, a senior who transferred to Liberty from Springfield Central over the summer.

We are so proud of junior wing @LeoGayman30 on being named to the MSHSAA Class 5 All-State team. Leo averaged 19 points, 15 rebounds and 4 blocks per game his junior season. CONGRATULATIONS LEO!

I hope every school district in MSHSAA vote for the shot clock to come to Missouri. It's time to stop being the last to do things. Do what's best to prepare our athletes for the next level. I'm tired of seeing people go into stall tactics in the 3rd quarter.
