@berniespofforth The government and opposition are poking and prodding us. Day by day. Week by week. Are they wanting a nationwide reaction or civil unrest? Is the plan to start shooting protesters?
English

@TracyBrabin @alexsobel Shall we expect you to vote against any further restrictions then? Or is this another lip service propaganda tweet?
English

Completely unacceptable that the government is briefing this to the papers whilst leaving people in limbo, not sure what is happening to their livelihoods and careers.
This government should be ashamed

@TracyBrabin @alexsobel @KirkleesCouncil @MidYorkshireNHS @NHSNKCCG But the numbers are showing low deaths in flu this year. Seems like Covid has suppressed flu. Or someone is playing with numbers again.
English

@JuliaHB1 @alexsobel @PaulEmbery He has previous form for retracting accusations. Detail is not his greatest strength.
English

Quite right too. But it's sad that people like Labour MP @alexsobel who fling around unfounded accusations of racism like confetti only admit they're wrong when threatened with legal action. Well done for standing up to the bullying @PaulEmbery.
Alex Sobel MP for Leeds Central and Headingley@alexsobel
I recently posted a tweet which suggested that @PaulEmbery was signaling racism in critical comments he made about Sainsbury’s. On reflection, I accept that I should not have made this accusation and I hereby withdraw it.

@rhiannonkhan17 @alexsobel @igiveup326 @PaulEmbery @alexsobel hangs on the coat tails of others. He’s a populist politician. Keeping his position and income is probably his only enthusiasm.
English

@alexsobel @igiveup326 @PaulEmbery Alex I was part of the red wall. It seemed to me the LP were devoid of policies but superb at throwing slanderous insults, hating Tories and obsessing about identity politics. We need policies and prudence in politics.

@berniespofforth I’m happy to contribute to a crowd funding libel against @alexsobel.

@JuliaHB1 @PaulEmbery @alexsobel He’s @alexsobel is trying to stay relevant at any cost. Quite how he is an MP is not only astounding but shows how low the bar is. He’s a first class odious shit. Unfortunately he supposedly represents my area. In reality he supports his own divisional game.
English

How is this person an MP? How is he allowed to smear people as "racist" when they are nothing of the sort? I don't know about you but I'd be very happy to help @PaulEmbery crowdfund a libel action against @alexsobel.

@JodyFoxTweets @alexsobel He can’t qualify it. He’s full of shit. A Monday evening shop is a “qualified analysis”for him. I’m glad most people who boycotted it didn’t have to see him in there. Odious shit of a human.
English

Good to pop into Sainsburys earlier.
Everyone seems cool with #BlackHistoryMonth posters and the threatened boycott didn’t seem to be affecting the shop

English

@alexsobel You are in a position to challenge what they are doing but you sit back and let hell rip through the country. Take your pay. Sit down and shut up. It’s what you are use to doing. You don’t represent anyone other than yourself.
English

I could write them some better software in a couple of days and I’ve not written code since

It’s been confirmed: The row limit was 66,000 which means they were using Excel from 2003 (at the latest). Unbelievable. With all the technology at our disposal - we use a programme two-decades old.
