wow thank you for asking. i feel weird that someone cares😭 SWIM. first song i heard from my 7 in nearly 6 years. im stuck in the day i pressed play & started sobbing in front of my laptop at break. it’s anthem. of life. pushing past through the overwhelm. if the ocean is. anxiety, then i’m navigating anxiety by pushing thru its waves. not fighting the currents but moving with it. makes me feel like im underwater bc of the muted beats. turing a terrifying metaphor (drowning) into a safe space (swimming) swim is my #SOTY & it hurts my heart in a good way.
