gaining weight forces me to face the gender dysphoria I haven’t had to deal with in years.. like having somewhat of a chest + my period genuinely upsets me so much

it’s so crazy bc I can think I’m not as bad as I was solely bc my weight isn’t my lw, but then someone will comment on my body being “tiny” and then my mood drastically improves n I feel motivated to lose weight

like I am no longer overjoyed hearing comments about my body being small, about my body being desirable, about my body being gross etc. I just am so so tired of living with this illness

it sucks so bad getting comments validating ur ed / talking about how small you are especially when you are at a crossroads with recovery

the fact that Korea has a “zero store” full of zero sugar/low calorie products makes me endlessly jealous

can’t even say I’ve been doing better bc I’m still miserable loool. just try not to think or feel anything because then I really think I’ll go insane

@eiretinn oh my goddd I had a yuzu flavor once n it was so good. I haven’t been able to find it again. Literally was the best flavor 💔

@pinkfawner low cal convenience store in Korea. haven’t seen that in U.S only the vitamin/protein shops

@fruitbatrexic ive been to a few and it was so disappointing the products (the cals and macros) dont compare to like american or int brands and everythings soo overpriced 😭😭

@Bulimiarrexia yea there’s vitamin stores w a bunch of protein products and stuff (at least in the u.s)? but I’m specifically referring to this store called “zero” that they have ! It’s a convenience store. At least in my state I haven’t seen much of this sort of thing at all

the idea of a healthier body terrified, but now that im here, is not how i imagined it’d be, i actually feel happier, have more energy, to be w friends, family,to take care of my pets im so grateful i got a second chance to live i love yall, you all deserve to live,n happiness

it’s such a weird concept bc no way is that accurate compared to regular tracking using a food scale … it helps remove stress but at what cost if u can’t even completely trust it

was curious to see and hear what disordered ppl thought of calorie tracking apps using ai to calculate cals
