Iedereen met KPN die niet kan inloggen op de Europese servers van Genshin Impact of Honkai Star Rail (mogelijk ook de andere games van Hoyoverse), neem contact op met de klantenservice! Als meer mensen bellen zulllen ze misschien wél zien dat er een probleem is.

@fruitygarden @shiieep @Sorxsh Ja, ik zal even kijken of ik na werk contact kan opnemen. Het is wel vervelend…. Ik had getest of het spel werkte op m’n werk mobiel (Vodafone provider) en daar werkt het dus wel. 😅 Maar daar wil ik geen gebruik van maken voor games.

@kimbjansen @shiieep @Sorxsh Ik zou adviseren om te bellen, dan is er meer reden voor hun om een oplossing te zoeken en zien ze dat meerderen er last van hebben!

@fruitygarden @shiieep @Sorxsh Ik heb er ook last vast, maar met een ander spel. Ging even filteren om te kijken of anderen er ook last van hebben en of het aan KPN lag. 😅

@AramosIceWolf I tried to call them and ask them about it but they said theyre not really sure theres much they can do since its one specific console and not the wifi in general. I hope if more people call theyll try to put in more effort. Maybe you could put in a call aswell?

@shiieep @fruitygarden Yeah, een paar andere en ik zijn ook ermee bezig, vandaar dat hoyo hier niks vanaf weet is gwn een KPN probleem huilen

@fruitygarden It didnt work :/ my issue probably is bcs of my router but need to try that in a few hours, hope you can get yours fixed soon! Its such a weird error and cant find help anywhere...
