یک سرمایه‌گذار افغانستان اعلام کرده است که ده میلیارد دالر، در زمینه‌ی تولید انرژی و حمل‌ونقل در افغانستان سرمایه‌گذاری می‌کند. میرویس عزیزی مالک عزیزی بانک، در اکس گفته است که برای این سرمایه‌گذاری، پنج‌سال در نظر گرفته شده است. به گفته او قرار است در بخشی از این سرمایه‌گذاری، زمینه‌ تولید پنج‌هزار تا شش‌هزار مگاوات برق فراهم شود و بخش دیگر آن، به ساخت راه‌های آهن در نظر گرفته خواهد شد.

Today, during my short trip to Afghanistan, I made a pledge that I will always remain next to my compatriots during their hard times. In this avenue, I am announcing that I plan to invest 10 billion dollars in Afghanistan over the next five years, focusing on the energy and transportation sectors. In the energy sector, the aim is to produce 5000 to 6000 new electricity, while in the transportation sector the focus will be on building railway networks that help promote trade and economic activity. I anticipate that close to one hundred thousand new jobs will be created and millions of other Afghans will benefit indirectly from these projects. Technical teams from our company will soon visit Kabul in a bid to further explore the areas, exchange views with the relevant authorities and pave way for the implementation stage.

در جريان سفر امروزم به افغانستان، من به مردم كشور خود وعده سپردم كه در شرايط دشوار اقتصادي هميشه در كنار هموطنان خود خواهم بود. در نظر دارم تا از جانب شركت عزيزي طي پنج سال آينده به ارزش ١٠ ميليارد دالر در كشور سرمايه گزاري صورت گيرد. اين سرمايه گزاري عمدتا" در بخش هاي انرژي و انتقالات متمركز خواهد بود. در بخش انرژي توليد ٥٠٠٠ الي ٦٠٠٠ ميگاوات برق و در بخش انتقالات احداث راه هاي آهن به منظور تشويق تجارت و فعاليت اقتصادي، از جمله أهداف اساسي برنامه سرمايه من در پنج سال آينده خواهد بود. برنامه يادشده براي بيشتر از صد هزار افغان زمينه كار را ايجاد نموده و ميليون ها افغان ديگر بطور غير مستقيم از فوايد آن بهره مند خواهند شد. در نظر است تا تيم هاي تخصصي ما در آينده نزديك به افغانستان سفر نموده و در مورد أهداف متذكره با مقامات ذيصلاح مشوره و تبادل نظر كنند تا باشد كه در راستاي برنامه ريزي براي أهداف ذكر شده اقدامات لازم صورت بگيرد.
