#ELChatFCPS I correct when students are practicing speech that I have explicitly taught. But I never correct when students are speaking to convey ideas and information, I also love FlipGrid for kids to record themselves and share.

I am putting copies of the sentence frames in the mail room at my school in hopes that more teachers will join in this effort to raise students to use academic language in their speaking and writing! We need a whole school approach to language scaffolding. #ELchatFCPS
