Let's stop sugarcoating it. Ghosting is rude. It's immature. It's selfish. And it's pathetic. I don't care if it's a friendship, a talking stage, or a relationship. Disappearing on someone who's been consistently showing up for you is not "protecting your peace." It's avoiding accountability and honest communication.

I try to operate with a certain understanding, compassion, and grace that is required to be successful in this industry. Life is hard. Everyone is just trying to figure it out. I hope I’m a safe space for the people I work with or hope to work with.

I love you. Thank you for sticking with me all these years. I hope I give you as much as you give me.

Ngl, adult friendships require grace. People are very busy. People are healing. People are growing. People are taking time for self care just like you. Less communication isn’t less love. Check in not out.

I was in a hit and run accident last night on my way to work in LA. I’m ok but my car is a little banged up. Going to go through my insurance to get fixed. I just don’t want to drive anywhere now. So sad.
