But if you read the remake, "slightly pissed" here means she will tear you from limbs to limbs if you get in her way. Also, a Red Arc who is just an angry Arcueid appeared in Fate/Extra first as an easter egg.

And TATARI doesn't exist in MBTL so they didn't have to make up a batshit insane version of Arcueid for just the game and can just use the batshit insane Arcueid introduced in TsukiRe.

It would make absolutely no sense if TL's Red Arc behaves and looks anything like og WArc. TL's Red Arc is Arc throwing an tantrum more or less, og WArc is not Arc.
