@geostylegeo There's a vast difference. Religion is for-profit. It seeks to control behavior. It is an overt public display of superiority by groups of ppl who claim kinship to a deity. Spirituality can be as simple as meditation or a deep appreciation of nature. It's personal and nurturing.

I just came back from my consultation at the sleep clinic. It was soooo interesting!! They want me to come back to do a sleepover and they're gonna hook my brain up to a machine. Do you think I'll be able to sleep that night?!?! I don't think so 😂🤣

@fthiscrp I went to specialized private sleep clinic. They have test kits they can send you home with, so you don't need to sleep there. Yup he's a sleep specialist. His initial diagnosis is, there's more going on. Oh, I have a strong tongue apparently 😂🤣😅💪
