After 53 hours on roads, trains, and flights, I’m finally out of the country and in a new place. And I can’t go back anymore. I wanted to leave before too, but I never thought it would happen like this, with everything going on right now. I didn’t get to say goodbye to so many people, close people that I’m probably never gonna see again. I’m gonna bury myself in so much work just to forget that I left my family and friends like that. what a selfish thing to do. I also think my mind still hasn’t caught up yet. It still feels like I’m on a short trip, that when it’s over I’ll go back home. But this time, there’s no going back. i'm not going back home.

But what they are really doing is mapping specific well-established market effects Momentum: It moved fast and hard, so it's going to keep moving fast and hard Trend: It's been moving in one direction, so it's going to keep moving in that direction Mean Reversion: It moved a shitload in one direction, so it's going to move a bit in the other Volatility Expansion: It's been going fucking nowhere, so it's about to go somewhere Absorption: Someone really tried to move it and it barely budged, so it's going the other way Catalyst / Catalyst Absorption: This news is about to blow up the book / This news should have blown up the book but didn't, so someone with deeper pockets is eating the headline traders At least now you can sound smart while losing money from drawing lines on charts (like me fr)

Inspired by @T_Salvadorini @Trader_Dante Setup: D1 BIAS + H1 PA For D1 BIAS trade, if looking for longs, entry triggers above Daily Open has higher probability of candle expansion. Hence I took NZDJPY over USDJPY even though both have H1 EG. Both end up working!!

2026 Trade 2 Date: 16.01.26 Pair: $EURUSD Setup: 3 Touch + H1 LXPB Nett: 1.5R YTD Nett: 0.5R Pass on 3 touch intraday rounded retest a few times. Journalled it last week to take such trades going forward and this week i took it!

2026 Miss Trade 2 Date: 14.01.26 Pair: $USDJPY Setup: 1 Touch + H1 LXPB + D1 ATR R:R Planned: 1.6R How better? Did not place limit orders as wanted to watch PA before entry. Going forward, if level exceeds D1 ATR, place orders then watch PA.

2026 Trade 1 Date: 07.01.26 Pair: $GBPAUD Setup: 2 Touch + D1 EG Nett: -1R YTD Nett: -1R H1 SL accounted for last D1 low. Price took me out during AUD CPI release before moving to TP. Will likely stick to same SL placement. On to next!

2026 Miss Trade 1 Date: 09.01.26 Pair: $NZDUSD Setup: 3 Touch (Intraday rounded retest) R:R Planned: 2R How better? Have passed on such trades a few times and noticed that they tend to work intraday even without a D1 close over level. Will be taking in future.
