I can’t speak on jovial natives as a whole, only strong Jupiter & Jupiter as an archetype, bc Jovials can also be mercurial or have other influences in their chart like a weak Jupiter that impacts their jovial expression, but Jupiter as a planet is not critical or judgmental.

You can simply tell Jupiter you disagree or don’t relate and Jupiter won’t fight you on it. If you feel criticized or judged by Jupiter, it is your own internal experience you are projecting bc you are making Jupiter’s perspective/philosophy more important/valid than your own.

I think people often feel judged or analyzed by Jupiter bc that’s what they do to themselves when Jupiter shares guidance, and then they give that feeling to Jupiter to own instead of owning it themselves. Ppl are self-critical & project. Jupiter can only educate the receptive.

@JadedCourtz when i think about the word critical I’m thinking about judgment & analysis (mercury) and I don’t think Jupiter engages in that kind of approach. Jupiter may want to educate or guide but it is without judgment, take it or leave it kind of thing.

Attachment is actually a symptom of identity & I think Pisces removes identity in order to be able to surrender to certain spiritual truths, which is the “higher octave” of Venus. Venus is still domicile in Taurus & Libra, both signs that are attached to the self & the material.
