@FitbitDev why have you made it so hard to recharge the charge 5. I have tried restarting, I have watched YouTube videos and followed their instructions and it still takes two to three days before I can get a full charge.

I have issues with the magnetic recharger for my charge 5. I have tried restarting my charge 5 etc. this happens every single time I try to recharge. It usually take two to three days to recharge.

@fitbit please help, My charge for refuses to recharge!

@FitbitSupport I upgrade to a charge 5 at the first of the year. I have had nothing but problems with getting it to sync. Recently it is syncing but refuse to recharge.
