i’m still upset about the hamilton tickets bc i just tried again w no queue obviously and there’s the tickets i wanted still available, but no access pricing / companion ticket which i need :((

@dare2shine @wembleystadium I know! I was worried at first we wouldn’t get through, saw someone waited 7 hours for the eras tour!! Heard loads of people getting their tickets in the back of the call though

@wembleystadium 2 hours on hold so far for access tickets, you guys have the worst accessibility booking system I’ve ever come across. Why is there no online option for such a huge venue when so many others have them? At the very least have more phone staff available on big release days!!

@_jjfoster20 @wembleystadium I know, it’s beyond a joke!! They should do accessible ticket sales the day before and have people send their evidence over beforehand so there’s not people ringing who then get their tickets taken from them due to them not meeting criteria “Accessible” phone line

@fullm0ntyn Hey! We don't have official wait times no sorry. However they do at certain points, offer the call back system if you prefer to hold your place off the phone so to speak! Thank you for your perseverance! ^P

@_jjfoster20 @wembleystadium It means there’s too many at capacity so you can’t be put on hold, you basically have to keep ringing until there’s a space free

@wembleystadium i’ve tried ringing the accessible line over 400 times and keep getting kicked off. is there any information i could get on this?
