Não, não teve alerta efetivo da prefeitura e muito menos um plano de contingência para proteger a população.

Não há sequer pressão dos governos sobre a light. Milhares de pessoas estão sem luz e perdendo seus alimentos nas geladeiras.
Parem de passar pano e proteger incompetentes.
É por causa dessa permissividade que os governos não dão a minima para o carioca e o Fluminense.

I feel like defending Leigh-Anne here… because as usual, the internet has jumped to conclusions about one thing just to take their shot at her.
This isn’t a “pay me £5 for baby updates!” subscription, it’s a Patreon that her fans have asked for, a video diary that Leigh has spoke about doing for years, to follow her as a solo artist. She posted about doing this on Discord when she went independent, years ago.
She’s pregnant now, so obviously the content revolves around that. But the recent video is literally a backstage look at her first festival as a pregnant mum. It’s not “day in the life with the bump 👶🏽👣” influencer content with her twins. Leigh-Anne doesn’t even share photos of her children online, she has never shared their faces. So no, she is not monetising her kids.
Many independent artists do this, it’s very common that they’ll put exclusive performances and sneak peeks of their music on there which helps fund their independent music career, which is the exact road Leigh’s going down. That’s it
